The Journey So Far

The Journey So Far

A Mother’s Love Initiative (AMLI), has been actively creating awareness on the need to raise children that are mentally stable and balanced and also by extension combating the Hurried Child Syndrome in Nigeria. Through various stakeholder engagements, sensitization campaigns and programs media advocacy, psychosocial interventions, and rigorous research, AMLI has reached thousands of children, families, and schools, shedding light on the syndrome’s prevalence and impact, with a focus on genderbased elements. By collaborating with government bodies at both state and federal levels, AMLI seeks to implement nationwide interventions, emphasizing education reform and the holistic well-being of Nigerian children, including addressing gender disparities. Further partnerships are being sought to advance these crucial objectives.
